Privadi operates this portal as an intermediary. We put clients in touch with independent cleaning companies.
The contract for the cleaning work is concluded solely between the client and the respective company. Privadi does not become a party to that contract, does not carry out the work and does not invoice it. Prices, invoices and performance are the responsibility of the company engaged.
Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).
